HYB 249-05-02 detects Gc-Globulin in human samples. HYB 249-05-02 has been successfully used in ELISA techniques. HYB 249-05-02 reacts strongly with Gc-globulin when tested in sandwich ELISA in combination with a polyclonal antibody against Gc-globulin. The HYB 249-05-02 immunogen is Gc-Globulin found in human plasma cells. Epitope differs from that of HYB 249-01-02, HYB 249-02-02 and HYB 249-10-02. NOTE: Concentration is lot-dependent and can vary from 0.85-1.15 mg/ml
